Lynnette Seet

Lynnette Seet is a seasoned real estate strategist and investment consultant with nearly two decades of experience across property advisory, project marketing, and international real estate development. She began her career in 2005, concurrently pursuing her Chartered Accountancy qualification, and quickly rose to lead high-performing sales teams within just months of entering the industry.

Over the years, Lynnette has successfully concluded numerous residential, commercial, and corporate property transactions, working closely with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from individual investors to multinational corporations. Her strength lies in combining market insight with financial structuring, enabling clients to maximize returns while minimizing risk. Lynnette is also a well-regarded thought leader in the industry. She has served as a speaker and host at major property events and exhibitions, and her commentary has been featured in leading publications such as The Edge, The Star Property, and iProperty. Her expertise in market trends, investor behavior, and property repositioning continues to influence real estate strategies across the region.

  • KEB Hana Bank(South Korea)
  • Bank of China (cross-border investor programs)
  • Lei Shing Hong Automotive Group China, where she spearheaded sales and marketing initiatives for various projects in China
  • Successfully sold & marketed high-end projects in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong for various developers.

    • In 2011, Lynnette co-founded Full Homes Realty Sdn Bhd and served as Director of its Kota Damansara branch, becoming one of the youngest partners in the company. She led a vibrant team of negotiators and played a pivotal role in marketing and launching projects for some of Malaysia’s top developers. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial vision, Lynnette also ventured into the hospitality sector, converting strategically located shophouses and corner lots into boutique hotels. Her projects generated lucrative investment returns, and she successfully exited her hotel ventures between 2017- 2019.

    Lynnette Seet has long been a driving force in the property industry, where she has not only provided market consultation and insights but also trained and mentored young agents as part of her CSR initiatives. Her latest passion lies in the HealthTech space through her platform, ReserveDaily.com, where she leads development, distribution, and access to wellness treatments that support individuals in regaining optimal health. Lynnette is now actively exploring collaborations in wellness real estate, aiming to partner with developers to create spaces that integrate health, lifestyle, and holistic well-being
